This incredible piece of equipment piece of equipment was purchased at a Las Vegas Catering Show and cost over $14,000 and was worth every penny.  Polishing Cutlery by hand is incredibly inefficient and ineffective.  This machine polishes cutlery as quick as you put it in, and actually preserves the life of it too.  Runs on 110 V and uses special polishing compound that lasts about a year before replacement.  If you have a large volume of cutlery going though your establishment, this machine is for you.  Never had any issue with it whatsoever.  IT JUST WORKS. Saved us thousands of dollars and also showcased our beautiful cutlery...........
