This Tilt Skillet has truly been one of the most useful cooking appliances in the kitchen. Can prepare just about anything in it. Never had any problems with it. This smaller skillet sat side by side with the 48 Gallon Skillet in the kitchen and both proved to be a cooking powerhouse.  A fabulous piece of equipment. Mobile on heavy duty castors. Includes a quick connect gas hose.
